Ari Waldman is a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in tenant representation and commercial real estate consulting. He joined Intrepid Real Estate Group LLC in 2010, focusing on the midtown region of Manhattan. Though Midtown is his specialty, he has successfully completed transactions in other areas of the city, as well. Prior to joining Intrepid Real Estate Group LLC., Ari worked at Millennium Realty Group LLC for seven years. Although committed to working tenaciously for his customers, Ari still finds time to be an active member of Toastmasters International. He has served as Vice President of Education and competed in several public speaking competitions. Ari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from CUNY-Queens College with a minor in Counseling and Student Services.
